Policies at MOSSIMAG

At MOSSIMAG, our customers come first. That’s why we’ve developed a clear store policy that outlines everything you need to know about shopping with us. Read about them below and contact us with any questions you may have.

 

PAYMENT

PAYMENT: Most of the items we have are not ready for shipping, whilst are made to order. Items will be shipped 1-3 week's, however we try to ship upon receipt of payment.
Anything that has been custom made/made to order, or ordered with your dimensions, materials or any other personalised aspect that makes it unique to you (and therefore not resellable) is ineligible for a refund unless found damaged or faulty upon receipt. Any faults or damage must be advised to Mossimag within 10 days of receipt of the goods. Refunds will be issued within 10 days of items returned to us.
We require for all our items to be prepaid.

SHIPPING

SHIPPING: We post our items Monday to Friday. We aim to make you happy and send our items tracked so the risk of the item being lost is minimized. Please see below our refund policy in regards to shipping issues and our resolution policies.

We ship all our items INTERNATIONALLY with International Tracked & Signed to ensure that the item is delivered to you.

Additional Policies and FAQs: Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country and it is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.


LATE DELIVERIES: We are aware that sometimes post is delayed and we will do whatever we can to help, however we are not responsible for the late deliveries. Especially around holidays and international shippings, delays can occur, so please notify us if these delays occur, however we advise that you are patient in these cases as chances are that it will arrive. Once the item is posted, the order cannot be cancelled.

On DOMESTIC orders, we will issue a refund if the item is not received within 15 days from when we sent it and for INTERNATIONAL orders, 30 days from the shipping date. Sometimes is just a case of post being slowed down. When items are confirmed as delivered these will not be refundable (if declared lost).

DUTIES AND CUSTOM FEES: For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, these might apply and it is the duty of the customer to pay for these taxes.


Custom order are made at our discretion and these will not be refunded. 

RETURNS


DAMAGED ITEMS: If your item is damaged upon arrival, please notify us as soon as possible. Damaged items MUST be photographed and sent to us. Resolution for damaged items will be dealt on a case by case basis, however we package our items carefully to avoid such incidents.

RETURNS: Returned items must be unworn and undamaged and will be the responsibility of the buyer the shipping costs to return the item. The item may be returned in maximum 10 days from when it is deemed as delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original postage and packaging as this was paid for you to third parties (ie. Post Office) unless the item arrived damaged in which case we will refund postage at the STANDARD rate.
If you do not return items within 10 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel and/or return your order, your right to cancel or return your order will be revoked. Should an order be cancelled by myself, the full payment/deposit total will be refunded.

LOST ITEMS: We try the best that we can to minimize any issues with postage, however if such problems occur, please notify us immediately. We will do whatever we can to help you, however once it is received by the shipping facility, we cannot control what happens with the parcel. Resolutions will be dealt on a case by case basis.

Any refunds can be done as credit to our shop or a refund of the original purchase, minus any taxes and charges that we have paid and the shipping cost (to send the item to you). Any credit given, must be used in 6 months, otherwise it will automatically be canceled. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST if your item doesn't arrive in due time.
